Andys journey through music began in the punk explosion of the mid‑to‑late ’70s, where he threw himself head‑first into the raw energy of the scene. The Damned, Stiff Little Fingers and the rest of that era shaped his early musical DNA. But Andy didn’t stop there. Over the years he’s sung with bands covering everything from rhythm and blues to 50s and 60s rock ’n’ roll, from blues standards to the occasionally questionable realms of country or western. If it makes a noise, Andy’s probably performed it, collected it, or argued passionately about it.
